I love to use sketches and stories to new validate ideas.
What's the point of wasting time detailing a design that doesn't make sense to customers? 


Company: Citrix
Problem: Validate ideas as early as possible with, so we avoid wasting time by working on designs that are not important or useful to customers.
My Role & Contribution:  As a Lead UX Designer, I worked with other designers and business leaders to gather all the ideas that came out from the CX workshop and turned them into "presentable" concepts for testing. 
Outcome: I lead the design for 16 concepts and also created the final presentation showing the ideas that had chance to move forward and why some others didn't.

Company: Ultimate Software
Problem: Create prototypes so we can test the top voted ideas that comes from Design Sprints.
My Role & Contribution:  As a Lead UX Designer, I am responsible for stitching the final design that will used by the researchers for usability testings with customers.
Outcome: All concepts were tested and validated with at least 5 customers, and implemented on the products.

Problem: Explain to new hires the importance of providing the best Onboarding and Recruiting experience.
My Role & Contribution: Audition with our internal team (developers, BAs), Script, Storyboard & Video Editing.
