Before & After (High Feds)

What was the result for the organization?

1st “delighter” feature

The “Proximity Search” feature was released after 3 months and was considered our 1st delighter feature by industry analysts. The Recruiting product is today the #2 best selling product in the organization.

What was the result for the team?

This feature allowed us to try a more collaborative process completely different from the way we were working before. That definitely helped our team to release new features faster and allowed us to be more innovative. I heard from developers that they “would do what it takes to make these designs a reality”. Of course, they were part of it!

Project Testimonials

I know more about this feature in 1 day than in 2 months working on it.
Jessica Trujillo - QA Recruiting, Ultimate Software

I can’t overstate the importance of the UX team to product and process. The path we’re taking to mockup some items before the LightStarters sessions should go a long way to improve the efficiency of those sessions.  In addition, being able to show items to customers as part of the product feedback sessions is being very well received by all parties.
