With a bias for action, I’m passionate about collaboration and believe in involving everyone — especially developers — in the design process from the start, making their work more meaningful and engaging.
To drive innovation and quickly solve challenges, I co-created LightStarters, a framework that applies Design Thinking, Sprints, and Lean Startup principles. I’ve led and co-facilitated 50+ design sprints across Ultimate Software and Safra National Bank of New York, partnering closely with internal teams and SMEs to deliver the best solutions for customers.

I'm a people person who thrives on collaboration. I love working closely with PMs, Developers, Support, and Consultants to create design solutions that are useful, feasible, and delightful to customers. While I may be dedicated to one team, I naturally think beyond departments and silos, focusing on making a broader organizational impact.
The most rewarding part of my day is knowing I’ve helped my teammates succeed. I firmly believe that a strong partnership between PMs and UX is essential for building truly successful products.
My greatest reward is hearing customers say how much they love a newly released feature that helps them sell more, save time, or conserve resources.
